Lydia Eleonora Mellgren was born on 20 Jun 1886 as the fifth child of John L. Mellgren and Britta Stina Anderson. She had eleven siblings, namely: Anna Charlotte, Algot Levin, Gerhard Vitalis, Anna Victoria, Florence Eleanor, Theodore Nathanael, Adolph Anskarius, Walter Edward, Esther Emelia, Gilbert George, and Clarence Filmore. She died on 24 Oct 1886.
