Leonard Theodore Lundquist was born on 07 Dec 1917 as the eighth child of John Victor Lundquist and Elli Laurinda Stomberg. He had ten siblings, namely: Edith Alice Laurinda, Evelyn Bertha, Lawrence Arthur Alvin, Amy Wilhelmina, Edna Esther Alvina, Florence Mildred, Wilton Eugene, Inez Frances Elizabeth, Doris Eleanor, and Alice Kathryn Johanna. He died on 20 Nov 2003.

 Leonard Theodore Lundquist was buried on 25 Nov 2003 in Siloah Cemetery Traverse Co. – RR Graceville, Minnesota.
