Cecil Theodore Peterson was born on 02 Apr 1904 in Folsom, South Dakota as the fourth child of Lars John Peterson and Delena Belle Hibbs. He had six siblings, namely: Florence Lenore, Gladys Wilma, Carl Albert, Ruby Estella, (Martha) Opal May, and (David) Floyd August. He died on 19 Dec 2003 in Rapid City, SD. When he was 26, he married (Cora) Clarice DeWitt on 20 Aug 1930 in Rapid City, SD.
