Brenda Fay Allen was born on 06 Jun 1966 in Conley Maternity Hospital, Jackson County, Kansas City, Missouri as the second child of Forest Andrew Franklin Allen and Alice Ida Wiese. She had one sibling, namely: Deanna Kay. She died on 11 May 2011 in Tampa General Hospital, Tampa Florida.
