Alfred S. Anderson

Alfred S. Anderson was born on 07 Mar 1869 in West Union, Minnesota as the second child of Samuel Anderson and Maja Stina Andreasdotter. He had five siblings, namely: Lars Johan, William, (Hannah) Lydia, Hannah Lydia, and Victor Alvin. He died on 18 Aug 1939 in Carver, Minnesota. When he was 28, he married Mathilda Christina Hagel, daughter of Andrew Hagel, on 27 May 1897 in West Union Lutheran Church.

 Alfred S. Anderson was buried in West Union Cemetery.

Mathilda Christina (Hagel) Anderson

Mathilda Christina Hagel was born on 26 Sep 1863 in Lekåsa, Sweden as the first child of Andrew Hagel. She died on 09 Feb 1927. When she was 33, she married Alfred S. Anderson, son of Samuel Anderson and Maja Stina Andreasdotter, on 27 May 1897 in West Union Lutheran Church.

Mathilda Christina Hagel emigrated in 1868. She was buried on 13 Feb 1927 in West Union Cemetery.

Alfred S. Anderson and Mathilda Christina Hagel had the following children:

  3. Herbert Reinhold Anderson was born on 25 Aug 1899 in Minnesota. He died on 07 Aug 1988 in Meeker, Minnesota.

  5. Evelyn Mildred Amelia Anderson was born on 30 Jun 1905. She died on 25 Apr 1959. She married Carl John Lundborg on 01 May 1925.
